Knowledge checkpoint: Describe, using an example, what is meant by joint supply.

Joint supply refers to a situation where a single production process results in multiple outputs. When there is an increase in the supply of one product, it leads to an increase in the supply of another product or by-product. For instance, sheep farming yields multiple products such as meat, wool, and sheepskin, all from the same livestock.
